SoundMind is based in Edinburgh and our courses will be well suited to you if you are looking to learn practical mindfulness skills within a relaxed, inclusive and compassionate environment. We are trained to deliver Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Breathworks for Health, and Mindfulness in Schools Project curricula for both teachers and students. Our courses are founded on evidence based mindfulness approaches and are designed to enable us all to live well, whatever our condition or circumstance.
