SoundMind is based in Edinburgh and we provide mindfulness training for individuals, organisations, schools and universities. Established in 2010, our courses are founded on evidence based mindfulness approaches and are designed to enable us all to live well, whatever our condition or circumstance.
We follow the UK Good Practice Guidance for Mindfulness-Based Teachers and are trained to deliver Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses (MBSR), Breathworks Courses for Health, and Mindfulness in Schools Project curricula for both teachers and students.
